UNO No Mercy Games Game for Kids, Adults

Mercy Rule: If a player accumulates 25 or more cards in their hand, they are immediately eliminated from the game.
Stacking Rule:
Players can pass penalties (+2, +4, +6, +10) to the next player. The
penalties add up until one player cannot play a matching card and must
draw the entire combined total.
Tougher Action Cards: Includes extreme cards like Wild Draw 10, Wild Draw 6, Skip Everyone, and Discard All (of a specific color).
Hand Swapping: Playing a ‘7’ card requires you to swap hands with another player; playing a ‘0’ requires all players to pass their hands in the direction of play.
Two Ways to Win: Be the first to get rid of all your cards OR be the last player remaining after everyone else is eliminated by the Mercy Rule
